Nigeria: disclaimer to the false report of kanu’s missing case file at the Appeal Court Abuja.

We wish to notify well-meaning Biafrans and the general public about the ongoing speculations and fake reports by some media,  uncivilized blogs and other individuals making round the false news that the reason for the stalled hearing/adjournment of the case of the Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra,  Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at the Appeal court today been 25th April, 2016, was as a result of his missing court file which they reported was not brought to court today.

We are urging Biafrans and all concerned to disregard this false report as there is no modicum of truth in the report.
We(Biafra Writers) were on ground to give undiluted report as the show unfolds,  the real reason the presiding Judge gave was that this week is a conference week for Judges and for this reason, they postponed the hearing to 5th of May, 2016.

Our report was also corroborated by those present in court today including our eminent Barrister Ejiofor.
We are at loss as to where those mongers of this falsehood got their report if at all they were present at the court room. We are also aware that there was a live broadcast on Radio Biafra London anchored by our very own Deputy Director Uche Okafor-Mefor during this court hearing and other people present at the court including Biafra Writers, gave a live update to listeners all over the world.  Are they now implying that those updates by other Biafrans present at the court are not true? Our conscience should know better not to be deceived by those who sit at the confines of their homes concocting false reports and seeking for cheap popularity with an unfounded and baseless report.
To further buttress our point, a link to today’s court update and the interview granted by Barrister Ejiofor will be of help to those been deceived by the report of those mischief makers.
